You make a good point. My gut is telling me to try to set aside the problem-solving and rushing and Type A-ing and simply get quiet and listen to what Bird is telling us. She will let us know. Easier said than done, though!

I have been overindulging in sugar and salt as well. AND TOTALLY understand the reality of picking fights with my partner. I hate when I do that.
